• Group courses include 30 academic hours per CEFR level.

• Groups of 5–7 students receive 10 additional academic hours.

• Groups with two students become semi-private with 20 academic hours.

• Schedule or group changes must be requested 7 days before the start date.

• All instructors are native speakers; qualified substitutes are provided if needed.

• Group or schedule changes are not allowed once the course begins.

• Course fees are non-refundable after classes start.

• Lesson recordings are available only with full group consent prior to the course.

• A 70% score is required to advance to the next CEFR level.
